We’re pleased to welcome R.W. Holleman as Chief Revenue Officer at Inveniam.

R.W. brings more than 25 years of experience driving revenue growth for leading technology companies. With a proven track record in building high-performing teams, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling enterprise go-to-market strategies, he will play a central role in accelerating Inveniam’s expansion across private equity, venture capital, global banking, and commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Inveniam, R.W. led enterprise sales at Rain Technologies and helped launch the Strategic business unit at DailyPay Inc., surpassing revenue goals and securing major enterprise relationships. His career includes sales leadership roles at Dell, Oracle, and Hitachi Consulting, and he has advised numerous startups as a fractional CRO.

R.W. lives on a sustainable farm in Texas with his family and brings not only deep sales expertise—but also grounded leadership and purpose-driven focus—to the Inveniam team.
